At 24, I jumped into journalism, joining Associated Press Television as a correspondent. For almost 13 years, I lived the pulse of breaking news—filming in extraordinary places, meeting unforgettable people, and learning the power of empathy behind the lens.
Ah, the genesis of my career - a tale of escape from family mandates and a sprinkle of journalistic talent. Picture this: my Uncle Hermes, a bona fide war correspondent for NBC, regaling us with tales of his globetrotting adventures. From the Gulf War to Sarajevo, El Salvador to Nicaragua, and even cooking several barbecues for Diego Maradona in Cuba, he painted vivid pictures of the world's most tumultuous events. His stories didn't just entertain me; they ignited a fire within. Inspired by his courageous exploits, I set out on my own journey, determined to capture stories like his. So, armed with his anecdotes and a healthy dose of wanderlust, I embarked on my own whirlwind of travel and stories, despite my father's comical concerns about dying in the attempt or from hunger due to this profession.
But hey, what's a little hunger when you're chasing dreams, right?

As time went on, I gained more experience and realized that my destiny was not to cover wars and conflicts. My projects and concerns have always been related to social awareness, with a focus on making a positive impact on the audience.
In 2018, my film Plan C 14 II became the first Argentine documentary to win Best Adventure Film at the Banff Film Festival. In 2024, I received the Sony World Photography Award and became a Sony Alpha Partner, continuing to merge visual craft with purpose-driven storytelling.
In 2014, amidst the chaos of marriage, kids, and a penguin incident in Antarctica (don’t ask!), I found myself facing an unexpected void. A growing thirst for new storytelling paths—and my background in documentaries—pulled me away from the relentless churn of breaking news.
I eventually left the newsroom to chase stories that unfold at a slower, more human rhythm. Since then, I’ve directed and shot documentaries for ARTE, Bloomberg Originals, Al Jazeera, BBC, and independent productions. My work explores the intersections of social justice, environmental crisis, and resilience, often built through close collaboration with the communities I film.
Based in Buenos Aires, I direct documentary combining teamwork and expertise, films and branded stories with a deeply personal touch. I collaborate with NGOs, broadcasters and purpose-driven brands to navigate sensitive themes and craft compelling visuals—even with limited budgets and tight deadlines.
